Schedule a Consultation (30 minutes) — Free
Get started with a free consultation call. During this appointment, we will assess if we are a good match to help you reach your overall goals.
This video consultation will outline what to expect as we work together and provide an opportunity to ask any questions about the therapy process.
This brief meeting will help ensure you get the most from your therapy experience.
Schedule Your Intake Session (60 minutes) — $170
After our consultation call, you’ll decide whether to move forward. If you do, you’ll submit the required intake documents to schedule your one-hour intake session.
The intake session is our first step together. It helps us build a strong therapeutic relationship and lays the foundation for your journey. In this meeting, we’ll identify your therapy goals and review your personal history to better understand you and your needs.
Continue Individual Sessions (50 minutes) — $160
Hooray, you’re officially a client! From here, we’ll set a schedule that works for you and ensure we meet regularly to accomplish your goals.
