How do I get started?”
Step 1:
Schedule a Consultation (30 minutes) — Free
To get started, I suggest beginning with a consultation call. Once you book your consultation, we can assess if we're a good fit to help you achieve your personal goals.
This video consultation will explain session rules and what to expect. You will also have the chance to ask any questions about the therapy process.
This brief meeting will help ensure that you clearly understand what to expect during your sessions and how to get the most out of your therapy experience.
If you decide to work with me, we will then arrange a meeting on a regular schedule.
Step 2:
Set Up Your Intake Session (60 minutes) — $170
Once you complete the consultation call and submit the required client intake documents, we will schedule your 1-hour intake session.
The intake session establishes our therapeutic relationship and lays a strong foundation for your journey. During this onboarding meeting, we'll focus on identifying your therapy goals. We'll also review your personal history to better understand you and grasp your needs.
Step 3:
Attend Individual Sessions (50 minutes) — $160
After establishing you as a client, we’ll create a schedule tailored to your needs, ensuring we meet at appropriate times and intervals. During our sessions, we will work together to explore the issues that brought you to counseling. In sessions, I will help you gain insights, confront unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies to better manage life’s challenges.
