“How can I get started?”
Step 1:
Consultation (30 minutes) — Free
Beginning with a consultation call allows us to have a video meeting to determine if we are a good fit, and enhances your chances of reaching your personal goals.
This video consultation will provide an overview of session rules and expectations. You will also be allowed to ask any questions regarding the therapy process.
This brief meeting will help ensure that you clearly understand what to expect during your sessions and how to get the most out of your therapy experience.
If you decide to work with me, we will then make arrangements to meet on a set schedule.
Step 2:
Intake Session (60 minutes) — $170
Once you’ve finished the consultation call and submitted the necessary client intake documents, we will proceed to schedule your 1-hour intake session.
The intake session marks the start of our therapeutic relationship and aims to establish a solid foundation for your therapeutic journey. In this onboarding meeting, we will focus on identifying the goals you hope to accomplish through therapy. We will also explore your personal history, which will help me get to know you better and understand your needs.
Step 3:
Individual Session (50 minutes) —$160
Once you become an established client, we’ll set up a schedule that works for you, ensuring we meet at the right time and frequency. We will work collaboratively during our sessions to explore the issues that brought you to counseling.
I will ask questions to help you gain insights, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies for more effectively navigating life’s challenges.

“Do you offer online group therapy?”
Fee: $70 per person/meeting
Yes! To get started, click the blue button below to fill out the interest form.
Group therapy allows clients to foster a community with others, seeking growth, healing, and empowerment. Other benefits include developing effective communication skills, setting boundaries, and developing coping strategies.
Online group sessions meet weekly for 90 minutes, five months per year.
I offer the choice of joining an all-women's or a co-ed therapy group.
