Step 1:
Consultation (30 minutes) — Free

To become my client, I recommend beginning with a consultation call. Once you book your consultation, we can assess if we're a good fit to help you achieve your personal goals.
This video consultation will explain session rules and what to expect. You will also have the chance to ask any questions about the therapy process.
This brief meeting will help ensure that you clearly understand what to expect during your sessions and how to get the most out of your therapy experience.

If you decide to work with me, we will then make arrangements to meet on a set schedule.

Step 2:
Intake Session (60 minutes) — $170

Once you complete the consultation call and submit the required client intake documents, we will schedule your 1-hour intake session.

The intake session initiates our therapeutic relationship and aims to create a strong foundation for your journey. During this onboarding meeting, we'll focus on identifying your goals for therapy. We'll also review your personal history to help me understand you better and grasp your needs.

Step 3:
Individual Session (50 minutes) —$160

After establishing you as a client, we’ll create a schedule tailored to your needs, ensuring we meet at appropriate times and intervals. During our sessions, we will work together to explore the issues that brought you to counseling. In sessions, I will help you gain insights, confront unhelpful patterns, and develop strategies to manage life’s challenges better.

“Do you offer online group therapy?”

Fee: $70 per person/meeting

Group therapy allows clients to foster a community with others, seeking growth, healing, and empowerment. Other benefits include developing effective communication skills, setting boundaries, and developing coping strategies.

Online group sessions meet weekly for 90 minutes, five months per year.

I offer the choice of joining an all-women's or a co-ed therapy group.

Your voice deserves to be heard, your experiences deserve to be understood, and your healing deserves to be prioritized.
